Monnikue Marie
Welcome! My name is Monnikue “Monique” Marie McCall. I’m a Napa California native, an Executive Coach with an emphasis on time management and leadership. I am also a Higher Education Executive with 18 years of administrative experience and 7 years of coaching executives, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals. I have a team of highly skilled Virtual Assistants with over 10 years of experience each that are available to support your administrative and productivity needs.
I empower clients to take control of their time to be more present at work and with their loved ones. As an accountability partner, I meet regularly with my clients to discuss and implement their time management goals, assess their procedures and processes, and facilitate effective communication to build cohesive teams. I am passionate about coaching my clients to be the best version of themselves and strengthen the partnerships between all parties to prioritize efficiency and work/life balance.
Past and current clients include non-profit organizations such as Bellwether Education Partners, Pahara Institute, Rocketship Public Schools, Oakland REACH, Silicon Schools Fund, and Beyond 12. I also supported New York Times Bestselling author, Robin DiAngelo and coached Takirra Winfield Dixon who is the Founder of Unapologetic Communications and was a political appointee in President Barack Obama’s administration.
